Confirmation of orders
Please take note that filling up order form does not represent your order(s) have been confirmed. Rather, your order will only be confirmed only when payment has been verified.
Your item(s) will be shipped out within 2-4 days once payment is verified and received.
We deliver product through the following postages:
Registered mail: A flat fee of $2.50 will be added into your total bill if you opt to take up registered mail. We highly recommend you to take up this option as tracking number will be provided for your postage if your parcel does not reach you on time. This will prevent any lost mail.
Normal mail: A flat fee of $1 will be added into your total bill if you opt to take up normal mail. However, Oopspinion is not responsible for any lost mail during the mailing process. (Hence, you are encouraged to take up registered mail. No Kidding!)
We reserve all rights to decline meet up under circumstances that don’t permit.
We ship to almost everywhere! All orders are invoiced within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours upon verification. Juice Market work on a first pay first secure item basis unless exceptional cases. All items will be mailed out within 3 days from payment day. All parcels are delivered via singpost and delivery time takes about 7 – 14 days’ time. We ship via singpost and charge a rate of SGD$20.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for the subsequent item. All prices listed in oopspinion are in Singapore Dollars SGD$.
Currently, we only accept bank transfer.
Please transfer to POSB-SAVINGS account 133-21911-0 within 24 hours after you have received our confirmation email.
Kindly retain the receipt and send us a snapshot (through E-Mail/Whatsapp) of it as proof of purchase.
Refund and exchange policy
We accept exchange of merchandise, only when defect is found or the merchandise delivered is incorrect.
Should any of the situations stated above happens, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do an exchange for you. We will do a full refund to you if the product is out of stock. Meet up will be arranged to collect defect item(s) within 14 days.
Please take note that we do not do exchanges in sizes and colour.
We will handle defects on a case-by-case basis.
Please be assured that we have made every possible effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our merchandises appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee your monitor displays of any colours will be accurate.
We put our best foot forward to make sure the measurements stated for every piece of apparel are as accurate as possible. However, please allow 0.5 – 1 of variation on actual product.

4) Wait for your Products to arrive! (If unsure, you can always contact us via email or phone)
